  1. PAGE SETUP

  3. Provides options on the page setup. A4 paper users: Always select US Letter.

  5. Correct Page Setup settings:
  6. • Orientation:  Varies. Some layouts need Portrait, others Landscape.
  7. • Reduce/Enlarge:  Varies (see below)
  8. • Printer Effects:  All should be checked
  9. • Options: Select “Larger Print Area” if available
  10.  
  11. Dynodex printing takes advantage of the "Larger Print Area" option, which, for most PostScript and some other printers, allows you to print to within 1/8th of an inch of the page. For this reason, "Larger Print Area" MUST be selected prior to printing any address book. (Even with this option selected, however, you MAY not be able to print the Dynet if your printer is not a PostScript printer.)
